Quinn Stills is the founder of Palisades Investment Partners, LLC an asset management firm headquartered in Santa Monica, California. Palisades manages equities for sophisticated institutions including corporate, Taft-Hartley and public pension plans as well as foundations and endowments. For perspective, Palisades' client roster includes some of the largest pension plans in the nation. Mr. Stills' primary passion is analyzing and investing in corporate rebounds and restructurings. Mr. Stills serves as the firm's Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of its Investment Committee. Prior to founding Palisades, Mr. Stills was a regional President for Mellon Financial as well as a senior portfolio manager for the Boston Company, itself a subsidiary of Mellon. Mr. Stills was also a member of the Mellon West Board of Directors. In addition to his business management duties, Mr. Stills managed or co-managed $8 billion in institutional equities for the Boston Company and Mellon Financial. Mr. Stills' work at The Boston Company and Mellon Financial covered a span of 13 years. Prior to working at Mellon, Mr. Stills worked as a research associate at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Inc., and in futures trading at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Stills serves as the Chairman of the Investment Committee and a Member of the Board of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. Mr. Stills has also served on the investment committee of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits. Mr. Stills received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BA from Vassar College.

Peter A. Lopez, CPA, CFA, Portfolio Manager, plopez@palpartners.com
Peter Lopez is an original founder of Palisades Investment Partners, LLC an institutional asset management firm headquartered in Santa Monica, California. Mr. Lopez is a senior portfolio manager whose investment experience has spanned nearly a decade. During that time, he has distinguished himself as a pioneer and leading expert on in-depth analysis of several of the nation's Fortune 50 corporate restructurings including Xerox, Hewlett Packard and McDonald's among others. In addition to his portfolio management duties, Mr. Lopez oversees a team of research analysts and manages the fundamental research and trading efforts for the firm. Finally, Mr. Lopez serves as the Vice Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Large Cap Value Strategy. Prior to helping found Palisades, Mr. Lopez worked together with Mr. Stills for over five years at The Boston Company as the primary fundamental research analyst for the firm's highly regarded Dynamic Equity Strategy as well as the Dreyfus Premier Strategic Value Fund. Prior to joining the Boston Company, Mr. Lopez spent several years working for Deloitte & Touche, one of the nation's leading accounting and consulting firms. His primary responsibilities involved auditing asset managers, principal investment firms and hedge funds. Mr. Lopez received his BA from The University of California at Los Angeles and is a Chartered Financial Analyst, as well as a Certified Public Accountant.

Deborah Mieszala is the Operations and Compliance Manager for Palisades Investment Partners. She has over 20 years of Operational and Administrative experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, she was with Mellon Financial Corp. and was the Operations Specialist for the Western Regional Branch of Mellon Advisor Services. Throughout her career, she has established branch operational procedures from inception and has consistently obtained the highest score on compliance and audit reviews. Ms. Mieszala has received numerous awards and accolades for her achievements.

Heather Conforto, Business Development Manager, hconforto@palpartners.com
Heather Conforto is the Business Development Manager for Palisades Investment Partners. Her responsibility includes building solutions for business operations and developing the company's infrastructure. In addition, Ms. Conforto manages numerous strategic activities including information technology, compliance, risk management and client service. Ms. Conforto has enjoyed tutoring children with learning disabilities and has facilitated a positive choices teen girls' group for at risk teenagers. Ms. Conforto is a people-oriented individual who brings to the firm solid understanding and insight in communication, writing, analytical reasoning, organization and problem solving. She graduated with honors from Miami University of Ohio with a BA in English.

Alvin Thomas is in charge of the office administration for Palisades Investment Partners. Previously, Mr. Thomas worked with Mr. Stills for six years at The Boston Company Asset Management and Mellon Financial. He is a graduate of San Diego State University where he played football and majored in Child Psychology. Mr. Thomas has received numerous awards and accolades throughout his career for outstanding client service.
