
Quinn Stills
President, Founder
Mr. Stills is the founder of Palisades Investment Partners, LLC, a dedicated small cap equity investment firm. Palisades invests in small cap growth and value equities for institutions including foundations, endowments, corporate, and public pension plans. Mr. Stills’ primary passion is analyzing and investing in small capitalization stocks.
Prior to founding Palisades, Mr. Stills was a regional President for Mellon Financial as well as a senior portfolio manager for the Boston Company, and a portfolio manager for Dreyfus, both of which were subsidiaries of Mellon. Mr. Stills was also a member of the Mellon West Board of Directors. Mr. Stills managed or co-managed $8 billion in institutional equities for the Boston Company and Mellon Financial. Mr. Stills’ work at The Boston Company and Mellon Financial covered a span of 13 years.
Prior to working at Mellon, Mr. Stills worked as a summer associate in corporate finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Prior to Drexel, he worked as a research associate at Kidder, Peabody & Co., and in futures trading at Goldman, Sachs Group, Inc.
Quinn Stills has appeared many times on broadcast television on CNBC, CNN’s Money Line with Lou Dobbs, as well as KCAL TV in Los Angeles.
In addition, Mr. Stills has served in the past as the Chairman of the Investment Committee and a Member of the Board and Executive Committee of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. Mr. Stills has also served on the Investment Committee of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits.
Quinn Stills received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BA from Vassar College.
Mr. Stills has enjoyed serving as a Center Referee in youth soccer and as a member of the Board of Directors and Team Manager for his daughter’s club soccer team.
