Global Business Strategy

Sean O’Neil, through his firm Fenwick Global Advisors, directs business strategy and global development for Palisades Investments Partners, LLC. He is also a day one investor in the Palisades Small Cap Equity Fund. Sean has served in similar capacities for other global equity funds, specifically Boston based Clough Capital Partners and Holowesko Partners in the Bahamas.

Sean was previously an Executive Vice Present and Director of Global Client Management for BNYMellon Asset Management, the umbrella organization for the firm’s 18 independent investment management boutiques with total AUM exceeding US$1T. He began his asset management career at The Boston Company Asset Management LLC, where he headed the firm’s Taft Hartley and Broker Mediated Third Party businesses.

Sean started his business career in the real estate investment and development business. He was a founding partner in the Boston office of the Trammell Crow Company.

Sean attended Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business, earning a master’s degree in business administration with second year honors. Sean holds a BA in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross, where he also received a commission in the United States Navy through the NROTC program. Until his retirement, Sean served for 25 years in both active and reserve duty, attaining the rank of Captain. He is a qualified Naval Aviator.

Sean serves on the boards of several charitable and educational organizations.
